Scope of Services

Event Promotion
•Online and social media promotion

•Promotion through local running clubs

•Be the contact person for inquiries
•Attend informational meetings

Administration
•Make application to USATF for sanction, Grand Prix points, insurance
•Design race course and apply for course certification, if necessary
•Set up and monitor online registration
•Perform data entry for mail in registrations
•Arrange for computer timing
•Order event awards
•Provide generic race bibs
•Order t-shirts

Race Day
•Direct race day operations
•Interface with police on traffic issues
•Manage volunteers assignments
•Manage course to include volunteer placement, signs, water stations, start & finish
•Consult on refreshments, water, prizes, awards
•Manage and assist with event day signage
•Manage timer and race day awards ceremony

Fees:
Up to 500 participants – $2150
501 – 1500 – $2650
1501 – 2500 – $3150
2500 – 3500 – $3650

Additional Anticipated Expenses
•USA Track & Field Sanction- $250
•USA Track & Field Course Certification – $325
•Overall and age group race awards – $400
•Post Race Refreshments – $200-$400
•Police for traffic control – $1000 – $3000
•Race Timing – $800+
•T-Shirts – $2000 – $4000
